New mom Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is home with son Lorenzo, and cherishing every sleepless moment! On Tuesday, the Jersey Shore star was photographed leaving the Livingston, N.J., medical center with her baby boy -- who seems to have a head full of dark hair! -- where she gave birth on Sunday. From the hospital, she headed to fiance Jionni LaValle's house in East Hanover, where the new family has been settling in.
