Lady Gaga's flair for wigs and over-the-top stage spectacles began way back in the day when the pop superstar was in high school. In the new hour-long documentary "Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside," set to air Thursday, May 26, at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. ET/PT on MTV, Gaga opens up about her transformation from brunette to blonde and how one little wig began her rise to pop superstardom.

"I was so inspired by musical theater like 'Guys and Dolls'," she says in an exclusive interview during the "Inside the Outside" special. "But I would never get cast in those roles because I was a brunette."

Gaga then made a big fashion decision, one that still resonates with her to this day. "So eventually I bought a wig," she continues. "Then I got cast as Adelaide. It was the greatest moment of high school. I tell you, I still dream about it."

In the intimate chat, Mother Monster opens up about her rise to fame — from being bullied by classmates during her school days to the moment she decided to pursue her dreams of pop stardom. She speaks in depth about the moments that shaped her as an artist, including working on her highly anticipated album, Born This Way, which will be released on Tuesday.

"Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside" also focuses on Gaga at home, spotlighting her close relationship with her family and growing up in Manhattan before she made the life-changing decision to move out on her own to New York City's Lower East Side. Fans will get to know the girl who became Lady Gaga intimately.

Catch an exclusive teaser trailer for "Lady Gaga: Inside the Outside" on Thursday, May 19, at 10:58 p.m. ET/PT on MTV, after a new episode of "Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew."

Britney Spears Says Femme Fatale Tour Will Be 'Spectacular'

Singer also hopes her choreographers create the 'most outrageous things.'

Britney Spears is known for delivering an over-the-top stage show, and she promises that her forthcoming Femme Fatale Tour alongside Nicki Minaj will be no different.

In a new video interview posted on her website, the pop princess opens up about her 26-date summer venture, which is set to kick off June 16 in Sacramento and make its way across North America, before concluding August 13 in Toronto.

"The Femme Fatale Tour will hopefully just be outrageously spectacular," Spears said when asked about the trek. "I'm just hoping that the choreographers will come up with just the most outrageous things, and I'm really excited."

While it's been just over a month since the release of Femme Fatale, Brit gushed about the outing, saying, "This is one of the most excited I've been about a project in a really long time, so I can't wait."

While a set list has yet to surface, it would make sense that some of Spears' personal favorite Femme Fatale cuts will be performed throughout her concert, which she revealed as "He About to Lose Me," "Criminal" and "Till the World Ends."

Fans caught an early glimpse at the forthcoming tour last week when video footage of the pop star rehearsing the Bloodshy & Avant-produced "How I Roll" surfaced online. Wearing a baby-blue sports bra and sweatpants, a smiling Spears showed off some playful dance moves surrounded by a group of dancers.

Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, told MTV News back in March that the tour is expected to have a postapocalyptic theme in tune with her latest single, "Till the World Ends." "This is exactly the direction we're moving in," he said. " 'Till the World Ends' keeps becoming a theme for us. ... The way we come up with a concept for a show like this is we sit with Britney, she talks to us about what she's interested in and what excites her."

Report: Mildred Baena Confessed Affair to Maria Shriver After Confrontation

Even as she had an affair with Arnold Schwarzenegger and raised his love child, Mildred "Patty" Baena admired and was obsessed with Maria Shriver.

Perhaps that might help explain why the housekeeper came clean when confronted by Shriver very recently, which a new report suggests she did.

Arnold Schwarzenegger did not voluntarily tell his wife that he fathered a love child with Mildred Baena, sources say, but did admit it when asked.

That happened after Maria Shriver confronted Baena, who confessed.

It's still not clear if Shriver found out before or during the course of the L.A. Times breaking the story, but that's how it supposedly went down at home.

In his only statement on the topic, Arnold said: "After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago.”

Those carefully chosen words don’t tell the story, according to Radar.

“Maria has suspected this for a long time and confronted her,” a source said. “The housekeeper admitted it. Maria then went to Arnold and he confessed.”

He didn’t volunteer the information, which had been a secret for over 14 years, and could have remained that way if Shriver hadn’t asked him.

Baena was NOT fired by Arnold, says another source, despite earlier reports, nor did she threaten to expose Schwarzenegger for any reason.

“Yes, her employment ended, but without animosity,” a source said.

“She was upset with Arnold at the time and didn’t know what to do, she thought about going public, but it was a fleeting thought. Ultimately she didn’t want to hurt Arnold. But she also didn’t want her employment to end."

“It was a difficult situation.”

Ya think??

Meanwhile, Maria Shriver has hired one of the toughest divorce lawyers around, but she STILL hasn't pulled the trigger on ending her marriage.

Sources close to Maria say that even with Laura Wasser repping her, and having been unhappy for years before this scandal, she's hesitant.

Maria hired Laura well before the news of Schwarzenegger's baby mama broke, but Maria has been conflicted over whether to file for divorce because of her Catholic faith and the fact that Arnold still insists that he wants her back.
